How do I clear my browser cache?
Most desktop browsers use CTLR+SHIFT+R (PC) or CMD+SHIFT+R (macOS)
iOS Safari
Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → find the domain → swipe left → Delete
Chrome (Android)
Tap the ⋮ menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → tick "Cached images and files" → Clear
Chrome (iPhone)
menu → Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images and Files.
Alternatively you can use incognito or a private browser
I've just updated the App and now none of my entries are showing
Log out and log back in again generally fixes this issue, failing that try hard resetting the app, and finally deleting and re-installing

I'm using the Web app and pages don't load or save
Log out, on your keyboard press ctrl/cmd + Shift + R to reset your browser cache, then log back in. Google 'how do I reset my browser cache' if you're browser has a different key combo
