I've just updated the App and now none of my entries are showing
Log out and log back in again generally fixes this issue, failing that try hard resetting the app, and finally deleting and re-installing
I've opened the webapp and none of my entries are showing (or if you're a tutor/assessor) none of my students are showing
Log out and log back in again, authentication using a web browser has a time limit - this is a secuirity audit requirement sorry
I'm using the Web app and pages don't load or save
Log out, on your keyboard press ctrl/cmd + Shift + R to reset your browser cache, then log back in. Google 'how do I reset my browser cache' if you're browser has a different key combo
